Thomson Financial has launched First Call Analyst, a Web-based investment research and analytical tool for institutional investors. The product is available as a stand-alone service or as a component of the Thomson Dashboard, an integrated suite of solutions for investment processing.
First Call Analyst combines the clients' own data with real-time institutional content from Thomson Financial and relevant third parties. It also offers investment management tools, filters, charting and portfolio analytics, with full export capability to Microsoft Excel.
The new product is also being made available as a component of the Thomson Dashboard, a suite of inter-operable programs that represent each phase of the investment process, from research and analysis and decision support to trade execution, portfolio analysis and settlement. Combined, the components form a fully integrated workflow solution, says the vendor.
