Jeffrey Geisenheimer is to suceed John McGovern as chief financial officer of New York-based Multex, effective immediately.
Geisenheimer has been serving as vice president of finance for Multex since 1999. Previously, he was chief financial officer of Market Guide Inc., a public company acquired by Multex in September 1999.
McGovern is leaving Multex to establish a firm specialising in working with troubled companies.
