Citibank has signed a $30 million deal with NCR for the delivery of ATM hardware and software over a four-year period.
Alan Stevens, director of North American technology and distribution services for Citibank, says the new kit will be implemented across Citi's global network in a bid to reduce service delivery costs and introduce new products and services at the cashpoint.
The NCR machines are to run Citibank's own inhouse ATM application Catalyst, developed to provide customers with a consistent globally branded interface to the bank's systems and services.
