US banking systems vendor Corillian Corporation has appointed Paul Wilde as chief financial officer (CFO).
The appointement follows the resignation of incumbent CFO Steve Sipowicz in September.
Wilde was most recently CEO of Spear Technologies, an enterprise resource planning software company.
Prior to this he served as chief financial officer and vice president of Asia Pacific/Latin America Operations at Synon Corporation, an international software applications development company.
He has also held chief financial officer positions at Viasoft, Candle Corporation and Informatics General Corporation.
In his new role, Wilde will report to Alex Hart, Corillian's president and chief executive officer.
