Corillian says Voyager will provide Charter One's retail customers with account aggregation services, person-to-person payment functionality and real time access to an online cheque register for account reconciliation.

Small business customers will also have access to balance reporting, online payments, ACH/wire transfers and tiered authority, which allows business owners to delegate functions to employees.

Michael Dobbins, senior vice president, direct banking, Charter One, says the Corillian system will enable the bank to expand the use of online services into other lines of business and delivery channels.

The vendor adds that Voyager can easily integrate with Charter One's existing applications and processing systems and will be a platform for the development of new online products and services in the future.
