FCA updates on passporting and co-operation agreements

The FCA has updated its Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) web pages to:

set out the out the supervisory co-operation arrangements with 42 different
non-EEA authorities; and
include FAQs on the practical aspects of the passporting process
