Rory is the visionary founder and CEO of Navirum, a rapidly growing financial services and technology consulting company. He began his career in the City of London with Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, working in prime brokerage before launching his own securities lending consultancy in his 20s. Rory later transitioned into the software world, helping Salesforce build and scale its financial services vertical. With over 15 years of experience across banking, consulting, and enterprise technology, he is passionate about enabling financial institutions to unlock their full potential through digital innovation. Beyond work, Rory is a mentor to fintech startups through Futurpreneur, an advocate for financial education, and a devoted husband and father who enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and exploring music. He also aspires to master the guitar one day.
