E-finance software vendor S1 Corporation has appointed Matthew Hale chief financial officer and Vic Syracuse senior vice president of operations and technology.
Hale was most recently senior vice president of finance. Prior to joining S1, he was CFO of Q UP, during which time he negotiated S1's acquisition of the company, now S1 Community and Regional eFinance Solutions Group. Hale has also worked for CCI-Triad and Ernst & Young.
Syracuse, who was previously vice president of operations, will manage S1's operations, information technology and support organisations worldwide and serve on the company's senior executive team.
Before joining the company, Syracuse was vice president of ASP services at PSINet, and also worked for Inacom and Hewlett-Packard Company.
