The new products will enable the bank to streamline its operations by providing access to all pertinent customer information - including account data, contact history and customer value - in a consolidated view, says the company.

Customer information is keyed in and captured once, then updated between all customer touchpoints. Additionally, the solution features customer profiling, process flows, tracking and fulfillment management.

Ron Catrone, executive vice president and chief technology officer of Liberty Bank, says: "The S1 Zeus delivery applications create a centralised approach for reporting and analysing account data. This key differentiator will enable us to extend our branch and call centre operations beyond managing transactions to serving as one-to-one marketing channels."

The bank recently deployed S1's Internet personal banking and small business banking solutions across its retail operations.
