FleetBoston Financial has launched corporate.fleet.com, a new service that offers corporate clients single point Internet access from which to conduct a wide range of wholesale financial transaction.
The new Web portal allows corporate clients to conduct cash management, foreign exchange, trade finance, and fixed income transactions on the Internet. In addition, all online users will have free access to research and commentary from Fleet economists and Fleet Global Markets strategists, as well as information on the bank's products and services.
The service allows users to create a customised "My Fleet" homepage. A viewer can select from over 20 Fleet publications, as well as a variety of industry news feeds that will be automatically updated.
Future enhancements to the portal will include corporate client access to loan balances and expanded research offerings from Fleet Asset Management.
