Syntegra has appointed Ken Wortz as vice president of operations for its trading systems business throughout North and South America.
Based in the company's customer service centre in New York, Wortz will be responsible for managing all operational and customer service functions. These include call centre management and customer service requests; overseeing all customer installation projects and maintenance agreements; and controlling product inventory levels and coordinating product delivery.
Before joining Syntegra, Wortz spent two years at Metro Media Fiber Network, an optical IP Internet infrastructure provider. Previously he spent 15 years at SBC Communications Inc.
