Canadian brokerage TD Waterhouse has launched a free online markets and research service.
The site features proprietary research from TD Securities and TD Newcrest that includes morning market institutional calls, company reports and industry reports. Other research is provided by Standard and Poor's and includes a regular weekly report on the latest market commentary, and recommended stocks from S&P's analysts.
The service is available via the new version of WebBroker, TD Waterhouse's online service, which has been redesigned to improve the user experience.
"WebBroker now delivers comprehensive information to clients in one easy-to-use screen - from quotes and charts, to client communications, to account information," says David Sypher, senior vice president, direct channels. "We've also simplified our navigation so that clients can transact or access tools and research within one or two clicks, enabling a quicker, more convenient online process for transactions."
WebBroker has been enhanced to offer an online fixed income centre, the ability to create and track portfolios in real time and new personalisation features.
