Information, news and technology group Reuters is to install Reuters Plus, its US equity information product, on the desktops of 11,000 financial professionals throughout Prudential Securities' 270 retail branches.

The New York-based securities firm is currently rolling out Reuters Plus and expects the installation to be completed by the end of October 2001.

Reuters Plus combines a flexible user interface with a powerful real-time news and data package. It has a generous array of third-party information to serve a broad range of professionals in the US equities market, says the company.
