Syntegra is to showcase voice trading technology for multi-channel relationship management at the DWT dealing show in London tomorrow.
The ITS Myriad integration framework supports multiple channels – integrating voice, Web, email, chat, mobile and other client systems – within a single, desktop support environment says the vendor. Incoming callers are identified and client histories pasted on-screen for the trader to view.
Syntegra will also debut Wireless ITS Myriad, which extends the functionality to mobile phones and PDAs amd optimises the information for display on these devices.
Ben Fursman, head of sales for trading systems EMEA and Asia Pacific at Syntegra says the company is responding to demand from clients for enterprise-wide computer telephony integration solutions.
