Zurich Financial Services is entering exclusive negotiations with Computer Sciences Corporation for a multi-year IT applications outsourcing agreement.
Under the terms of the proposed global agreement, CSC would provide a range of applications development and maintenance services to support Zurich in North America, Germany, Switzerland and the UK.
CSC says contract award and the details of the final scope and terms of the agreement will be subject to the successful completion of negotiations as well as any required consultation, regulatory and merger control approvals.
