BT Syntegra in the US has entered into a partnership with The O&R Group, a New York-based provider of voice trading systems, to deliver round-the-clock support services for firms using IPC, Syntegra and vBand voice trading technology.
Under the terms of the agreement, The O&R Group will offer customers in the US with first, second and third line support for voice trading technology on a 24/7 basis, as well as BT Syntegra's call centre support services, including a global remote monitoring service that will provide round the clock monitoring and reporting.
The firms will provide customers with maintenance, labour, parts, and voice and data infrastructure cable, as well as consulting and training on IPC, BT Syntegra and vBand equipment.
Jim Schlenk, president, The O&R Group ,says: "Our expertise in the installation and maintenance of IPC and vBand equipment, will be very attractive to firms who have a mixture of legacy systems, but who don't want multiple support contracts with different vendors."
BT Syntegra says its partnership with The O&R Group extends its reach in the US marketplace.
