Swearing at work can benefit staff and their employers according to researchers at UEA in Norwich. There's no fintech angle here - I just have a soft spot for the University of East Anglia (or the University of Easy Access as we used to refer to it when I was a student there).
"The study found regular use of profanity to express and reinforce solidarity among staff, enabling them to express their feelings, such as frustration". We mostly swear at Outlook. And Internet Explorer 7. It helps.
