What's all this fuss about the Olympics?

M'colleague here assures me the reason Great Britain are doing better than usual is all down to the lottery funding that's gone into UK sport over the last few years. That may well be the case - nice to think we're not all fat couch potatoes. Hopefully it will give cycling a boost too and get people out of their cars. I predict yet more success when we do the egg and spoon race. 

In the meantime one of the most entertaining spectacles for me so far has been Microsoft's rather public humiliation via the blue screen of death - displayed for all to see on really, really big screens.

Now - to order that Wii fit.....
