There is a huge potential between these two for mutually profitable partnerships: from security to marketing. The common point between banks and GSM Operators is the client, who has been using the services of both (in technical terms, the client is the "primary key").
It is obvious that there are different GSM Operators in different countries with different capabilities. At the same time, there are also many common tools and services too on GSM Technology perimeter. The best thing is to organize a meeting with GSM Operator representatives and ask what they can do for you. Also mostly likely even if there is a dominant one, there are more than one GSM Operators in your country - so you need to talk with all them, who knows competition might empower your hand too. "X does it, how come you can not" is pretty motivating stuff for many!
