Luke serves as insights director and product manager for RFI Global’s North America studies, bringing a wealth of expertise as a financial services analyst. He plays a vital role in helping RFI Global’s clients understand the evolving financial needs of consumers, identify emerging trends, and uncover new opportunities for growth. A mathematics graduate of the University of Surrey, Luke is recognized as a retail finance specialist and thought leader.
As a researcher at RFI Global, Luke is dedicated to providing financial services insight through initiatives like the MacroMonitor; a comprehensive study of US household finances that has been conducted since 1978. The MacroMonitor offers in-depth analysis of US household finances, covering banking, lending, payments, insurance, and wealth, along with tracking household balance sheets, usage of more than 150 providers, over 200 financial attitudes, and more than 100 financial behaviors, many of which have been tracked over decades.
