Philadelphia-based FNX has established a regional customer support and software development centre in Bangkok, Thailand, to be headed by Mark Doucette who has been appointed director, South East Asia.
Doucette has worked for trading software vendor FNX for six years and has been involved in systems development and project implementation.
FNX's Bangkok team will include senior-level business consultants, applications analysts and software developers.
Staff based at the office will provide support to clients using the vendor's Sierra trading and risk management products, both locally and across the region. FNX's local customers include BankThai, Siam Commercial Bank and Bank of Ayudha.
