ValueLink releases LSE reference data

Editorial

This content has been selected, created and edited by the Finextra editorial team based upon its relevance and interest to our community.

The SMF data is sourced from the London Stock Exchange (LSE) directly via ValueLInk's current London Market Information Link data feed, implemented in 2002. It provides over 60 data items on over 400,000 securities listed on the LSE’s domestic and international markets under UK ISIN and Sedol codes.

The new master database expands and complements ValueLink’s core securities pricing, capital events, dividends and NAV services.

The vendor describes the release as part of an ongoing European development programme designed to help City firms to centralise and consolidate their data providers and reduce overall data processing costs.
