Getronics adds Onyx's CRM software to banking applications

ICT services firm Getronics is to embed CRM technology from Onyx Software within its suite of multi-channel retail banking applications.
Onyx says its component-based Web-services CRM model allows Getronics to incorporate specific components into its applications.
Getronics will add a mix of Onyx CRM functionality - including customer profiles, referrals and reminders, campaign management, alerts, analytics, surveys, and service requests - to its retail banking and call centre applications to provide users with a unified view of the customer across all channels.
Michael Kerr, president, business solutions & consulting, Getronics, says: "The flexibility of Onyx's Embedded CRM platform allows us to use as much, or as little, CRM as we need to provide new, tailored offerings and enhance our existing branch, call centre and Internet banking products."
