Bruce Babcock is to take over from Harry Frost as president of ADP Investor Communication Services for Europe and Asia.
In his new role, Babcock has overall responsibility for ADP’s shareholder communications and proxy voting products and services for global custodians and institutional investors based in Europe and Asia. He reports to Robert Schifellite, general manager, ADP ICS.
Babcock is the former president and CEO of Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), which he joined in 1992.
Frost, Babcock's predecessor at ADP, will continue on a consultative basis. No reason is given for his departure from the helm.
Separately, ADP Securities Industry Software in the US is reporting two new clients for its transaction processing platforms, Emmett A. Larkin Company, based in San Francisco, and Romano Brothers & Co of Chicago. The two firms have each signed multi-year contracts for the ADP/SIS Brokerage Accounting System, Order Management System, browser-based broker desktop application Posse and fixed income trading system Olos.
They bring the total number of new ADP/SIS signings to seven over the past nine months.
