The new name takes effect immediately and will be used by all of Wilco's global offices.

Elizabeth Lake, CEO, ADP Wilco, says the rebranding will align the back office systems supplier more closely with parent company ADP. It follows closer product and sales integration and the growing contribution made by Wilco to the provision of business process outsourcing and IT services for ADP customers from its offshore operation in Hyderabad, India.

John Hogan, co-president, ADP Brokerage Services Group, says: "This rebranding highlights our ability to help customers reduce costs by leveraging their global relationship with ADP as a single vendor."

A Wilco spokesperson insists there have been no redundancies directly associated with the exercise, which has been driven more by a desire to propel Wilco's business into the BPO arena and leverage off the positive brand association from ADP's leading role in securities processing and outsourcing.
