ADP Brokerage Services Group is to provide its clients with single stock futures processing in a securities brokerage account.
ADP says clients who use its Brokerage Processing Services (BPS) back-office processing solution, will be able to offer their customers processing services for single stock futures, which combine the features of an equity and future instrument.
The back office system integrates the processing of the new hybrid instrument with its current functions.
Customers will be able to hold these instruments in equity accounts, allowing them to leverage single stock futures from both a margin and buying power perspective.
ADP says the product is currently being beta tested by several clients and will go into production this month.
