Pivotal Corporation has released two customer relationship manager (CRM) services aimed at capital markets, commercial banking, private banking and asset management firms.
Pivotal says the new products combine its three-tier, meta-data driven CRM software with specialised features and services.
The applications integrate with existing legacy systems and provide one-click access to all customer data, enabling users to identify cross selling opportunities. In addition, customer profiling allows users to build a comprehensive and detailed view of all customer data.
The vendor says the systems were developed by working with existing customers to gain an understanding of the needs in each niche segment, including business model requirements, workflow processes and customer buying patterns.
