Dutch cooperative Rabobank Group is deploying Siebel System's Finance product to improve customer service and sales across its national network of retail branches.
Siebel Finance, from the vendor's eBusiness Applications package, will provide staff with a single view of each customer, enabling them to improve services and identify cross selling opportunities.
Hans Derksen, senior advisor to the executive board, Rabobank Group, says: "By sharing a common view of customer information throughout the business, the software allows Rabobank to increase revenues through cross-selling."
He says the Siebel product is being deployed as part of a customer-focused change management programme across the bank.
