Front Capital Systems, a unit of SunGard, has contracted with UK-based Evolution to provide IT consultancy and integration services to users of its Front Arena trading platform.
Evolution says that it will work with Front in Germany and Switzerland, where there is an increasing demand for tailored IT solutions.
Simon Lyon, managing director Evolution, comments: "Our extensive experience as a provider of business critical bespoke applications will help Front harness new business opportunities and help its clients drive down process costs and create new channels to market."
Stephen Butcher, head of global operations at Front, says the vendor has been collaborating with Evolution for the last four years due to the complementary nature of the two businesses.
"Formalising the partnership in this way will enable us to enhance and optimise our service offering to customers across key territories," he adds.
Evolution’s operations extend to continental Europe and North America, closely mapping Front’s geographical presence.
