Toronto-based Belzberg Technologies has appointed Stephen Wilson from neighbouring risk management vendor Algorithmics as chief financial officer.
Wilson, Algorithmics CFO for the past three years, replaces Lawrence Cyna who has retired.
Belzberg, a supplier of direct access exchange trading software, has also appointed KPMG as its new auditors, after the resignation of Deloitte & Touche.
