The new advanced ATMs feature an enhanced 'Fleet Cash' option allowing customers to preset a regular amount they wish to withdraw and upon subsequent visits select this withdrawal on the very first PIN sign-on screen.

Customers can preset an instruction so that each time they swipe their card they are greeted and can carry out transactions in any of seven languages (English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, French, and Portuguese).

Visually impaired customers can be guided through their transactions by plugging standard earphones into the ATM's universal audio jack. Fleet will supply earphones upon request for those customers who do not have them readily available.

Other new features of the ATMs include access to Quick & Reilly investment account balance information; easier navigation tools; immediate recognition of the customer to personalise their ATM experience.

Later this year, the ATMs will also enable New Yorkers to pay bills from the payee list of their online banking service.
