The National Bank of Dubai has chosen BMC Software to automate key IT management processes.
The bank is using BMC's Patrol product for management of systems, databases and applications, Control-M for automation job scheduling, and Control-D for output management.
Onsite installation is being managed by Elite Computer Solutions, with an end-march 2002 deadline set for automation of primary systems' processes.
