Electronic funds transfer company Mosaic Software has appointed Nigel Bidmead as its new managing director, based in the UK.
Bidmead will have full responsibility for the future direction of Mosaic Software in Europe and the Middle East including sales and delivery.
He was most recently managing director Emea of QSI Payments and has previously worked for a number of payment vendors including ACI, Minacs Worldwide and Flexicom International.
Mosaic Software recently underwent restructuring to align the UK division with its global strategy to focus on the EFT market including EMV, prepay and Web-enabled ATMs. In a related move, the company recently transferred its chief financial officer, Jan Kruger, from South Africa to the UK. Plans are also in the pipeline to move to larger offices in the near future.
