Spanish savings bank La Caja General de Ahorros de Granada has migrated its ATM network to Gasper Manager, a self-service solution for management and control of cash machines.
Gasper Manager uses an automated trouble ticketing and notification system to monitor self-service terminal operations, replacing the bank's existing legacy system which required manual analysis of ATM error logs to pinpoint problems on the network.
The bank specifically required a solution that was compatible with existing ATMs, as it strives to increase transaction revenues by improving ATM availability.
Pedro Maria Diez, NCR's account manager for Caja General de Granada, says: "The Gasper solution provides the bank with much better control over what it is currently using, while also supporting new ATMs and new technologies that may be introduced later."
