Gasper's solution automatically sends commands - such as restart, send, and load - to the ATMs in an effort to put them back into service without human involvement.

Muliadi Rahardja, a director of Bank Danamon, comments: "Gasper Manager doesn't stop at managing ATM devices; if a service call is required, Gasper automatically dispatches a service technician via phone, pager, email, fax and a variety of other electronic means. As a result our ATMs are online longer, and service costs are reduced."

At Bank Danamon the system is being used to manage machines from four different companies, including Gasper parent NCR, Diebold, Wincor, and Digital.
