S1 and NCR customise self-service touchpoints

S1 Corporation has teamed up with NCR to deliver aggregated personal account information across Web-enabled ATMs and kiosks.
Through the S1/NCR solution, consumers use an existing Internet banking interface to customise content, then view their aggregated information. This includes account balances, investments and even the latest news and weather.
Greg Hanson, general manager, NCR e-commerce services, says: "Offering highly personalised service at Web-enabled ATMs and kiosks will open up additional cross-selling opportunities for banks and yield the potential for more profitable customer interactions."
The Web-enabled ATMs and kiosks are based on the S1 Enterprise Platform, which allows financial services providers to integrate all applications across customer interaction channels and share customer data across their enterprise.
