The Nasdaq Stock Market has appointed Galileo VP Phil Marie as senior vice president of network and Web operations.
Marie will be responsible for the operations of the Nasdaq network infrastructure and Internet services, including the nasdaq.com Web site. He will report to Steve Randich, executive vice president and chief information officer.
Prior to joining Nasdaq, Marie was vice president of network operations and support for Galileo International. He has also worked for Amoco, AT&T, Arco and Storage Technology.
