SmartStream Technologies has appointed Mark Sappol and Cameron McNeill to head up the pre-sales and professional services teams respectively.
Sappol will lead the company's pre-sales team for Northern Europe. He will ensure that the needs of SmartStream's existing and prospective customers in the UK, Germany, Benelux, Switzerland and France are shared with the business development and product development teams and incorporated within all future development plans.
He joins the company from Intuitive Products International Corporation, a financial software and consultancy company specialising in automatic confirmation generation, where he was vice chairman.
McNeill will be responsible for professional services in Northern Europe. He is charged with extending the service range of SmartStream Technologies’ consulting business in the region, and building a strong straight-through processing practice.
McNeill previously was practice leader for asset management consultancy services at TCA. He has also worked at Fuji and BZW Shearson Lehman.
