Norwich Union has launched an online virtual learning centre for independent financial advisors (IFA), following the completion of an extensive pilot project.
The service is accessible from the insurer's Web site and offers IFAs a range of interactive training material, including courses on flexible retirement solutions and business financial solutions and support for G10/20 and 60.
The centre houses its own library, classroom, games room, communications room and examination hall.
The service has been developed by e-learning technology company Knowledge=Power.
