Using the remote assistance tool of Windows XP Messenger, to be launched by Microsoft on 25 October 2001, the bank will provide its customers instant online support for purchasing decisions such as buying investment products or mortgages.

Plans to further develop this relationship by adopting Microsoft's. Net strategy, beginning with the Windows XP platform, are currently being developed, say the companies.
