Oregan-based Corillian Corporation has appointed Martin Davis to the board as executive vice president, international. He will report directly to Ted Spooner, Corillian's chief executive officer and vice-chairman of the board of directors.
Davis has been serving as managing director of Corillian International Limited, the UK-headquartered subsidiary of Corillian Corporation, since 2001, leading the company's expansion efforts outside the US.
Prior to joining Corillian, Davis spent nine years with Reuters.
