Oregan-based e-finance software house Corillian Corp. has appointed Eric Dunn to its board of directors, effective immediately.
Dunn most recently served as Intuit's senior vice president and chief technology officer. His other positions held at Intuit include: CEO of VFSC, an Intuit Web finance joint venture which was purchased by Intuit in 2000; general manager of Intuit's personal finance group, where he was responsible for the Quicken line of software products and related online banking activities; and CFO, where he played an integral role in Intuit's IPO and successful merger with ChipSoft.
