TSB's long-suffering customers are back in the wars after an overnigt update to the embattled bank's mobile app locked some users out of their m-banking and Internet accounts.
The bank tweeted last night that it would be making some updates to its mobile app, advising customers to download the latest version.
By early morning, Twitter was again abuzz with complaints by customers that not only was the mobile app not working, but Internet services were also out of bounds.
TSB's home page -which now basically serves as a running update on a chaotic parade of IT-related problems and fixes - maintains that all services are still available.
"If you're still having difficulty logging in on the Mobile App, please check you have downloaded the latest version. If the issues continue, fully close the app or internet browser and then try again," the bank advises. "If you’re having difficulty reaching Internet Banking through your bookmarks or saved links, go directly to the TSB website and click on ‘Log in’. Then make sure you update your bookmarks."
