Wisconsin-based Metavante Corporation has appointed Michael Hayford as chief financial officer (CFO) of the company.
Hayford, who has been executive vice president, corporate development group, since 1998, will retain that responsibility in addition to his new role as CFO, and will continue to report directly to Metavante president and chief executive officer Joseph Delgadillo.
The company offers customer relationship management, electronic banking, electronic funds transfer and card solutions, electronic presentment and payment, financial technology services, private label banking, and wealth management solutions.
