Investment management software outfit DST International has expanded its European sales and support team in the wealth and risk management arenas by raiding rival vendors for staff, including COR Risk Services, Misys, Financial Objects and Thomson Financial.
Joining the firm from COR Risk Services are Carl Lauer and Paul Lawrence. Lauer, a business development manager at COR Risk joins DSTi as European sales executive, while Lawrence will offer pre-sales support for the vendor's risk management product HiRisk.
Other sales appointments include Tim McGowan from Thomson Financial as HiPortfolio sales executive, and Katherine Darbyshire as HiBPM account manager from Financial Objects.
Joining the pre-sales team are Sharon Stroud from National Farmer's Union (NFU) Mutual, and James Meadows from Misys. Meadows, who supported front office systems, specialising in private wealth for Misys, will work on HiInvest, DSTi’s front and middle office suite.
