London's GFInet has appointed former Creditex executive Jeffrey Tober as head of credit derivatives. In his new post, Tober will be responsible for taking GFInet's credit derivative business online and developing complementary products.
Tober joins GFInet from Creditex, an online credit derivatives trading platform, where he was head of Europe.
Prior to joining Creditex in 1998, Tober spent eleven years in derivative sales and marketing at Bankers Trust, becoming director of emerging market derivatives for Europe, Middle East and Africa in 1997.
