RCM is using the CameronFIX engine for two projects - to provde its US brokers with FIX connectivity and to integrate its trading desk with those of its affiliates located in Frankfurt and Singapore.

Daniel Osborne, VP, IT, RCM, says: "Our requirements were that it worked out of the box with minimal configuration, was stable and rich in functionality for integration, monitoring and scheduling. On the integration side, we required a product that could easily interface with specific middleware."

RCM went live with CameronFIX in December 2003. The firm says its US brokers will be connected to the system by April 2004.

As well as licensing the CameronFIX engine, RCM also purchased Cameron Systems' Monitoring and Scheduler Options products.
