The Australian Central Credit Union is rolling out customer relationship management technology from Onyx Software Corporation to over 400 staff.
The Onyx system will provide staff with a complete view of customers and real time access to contact, account, marketing, sales, and service information.
The product will be implemented by Onyx's local partner DMR Consulting in Q2 2004. DMR Consulting will be responsible for project management, business analysis and technical support, while Onyx will provide technical design and development services.
