Thomson Financial is to use Radianz's market communications infrastructure, RadianzNet, to deliver its premium service, Thomson One, to clients in Europe and Asia.
Thomson One is an open application framework that incorporates the vendor's content sets and products such as First Call, SDC Platinum and Autex.
Commenting on the agreement, David Bilbé, European commercial director, Thomson Financial, says: "This complements our global network by leveraging RadianzNet's connectivity to nearly 10,000 financial services sites worldwide."
Clients that already use RadianzNet will be able to start accessing Thomson One applications in as little as 10 working days.
Radianz, which is part-owned by Thomson's arch rival Retuers, says the deal reinforces the neutrality of its infrastructure, which is designed to enable all financial institutions worldwide to communicate with clients.
