Swedish clearing and payment utility Bankgirocentralen (BGC) has awarded a $22 million business process outsourcing contract to SchlumbergerSema.
Under the seven-year contract, SchlumbergerSema will manage all printing, collation and distribution of printed correspondence on behalf of BCG banking members.
The IT services firm says it will use its internal Document Management System to handle more than 100 million statements and printouts and over 40 million letters per year on behalf of BCG customer banks.
